This is a "one on one" LIVE Online Reiki 1 Class in the USUI Shiki Ryoho Lineage. It is a 6 week Program designed to accommodate the student and ensure Lots of Student/Teacher interaction, mentoring and coaching. Teacher provides the Student with all the attention required to launch their Reiki Practice with confidence and support.

My Goal for My Clients
Reiki found me. I began as the client, then I was invited to be the student and and soon, the students arrived and I knew that the time had come to answer the call to become the teacher. The journey of Reiki is continuously being both the student and the teacher, for learning and evolving is unlimited when one chooses this path. Reiki greeted me like an old friend that had been awaiting my arrival patiently. I was immediately taken with its calming effect as it embraced me with pure compassion and unconditional love. For many years, I dwelt in the past, burdened with regret and anger. When I was not dwelling in the past, I was constantly visiting the future, riddled with worry and anxiety for things that never came to be. Energy was lost and wasted and life went rolling by. Then Reiki found me. It took me by the hand and led me to the here and now. It is in this very place that I call, Presence or "being present", where I found my peace and where I began to free myself from
dis-ease. This is what the practice of Reiki did for me.
My goal as a Master Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, is to guide my students and clients through the practice of Reiki, so that they may come into a state of being present, find their peace, and learn how to raise their vibration while freeing themselves from their own dis-ease. My mission is to educate and guide students, individuals, families, groups and communities in the art and practice of Reiki.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922.
It is administered by "laying on hands" and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years.
Rei represents universal intelligence, or spiritual wisdom.
Ki (Known also as Chi in Chinese, Prana in Sanskrit and Mana in Hawaiian) stands for the non- physical energy or life force energy.
When put together, Reiki is simply, an intelligent universal life force energy or "Spiritual Energy" of which we all have!
When this energy is blocked, emotional, mental and physical imbalances may develop over time. Reiki assists, by giving you the opportunity through intentions, while raising your vibration to allow you to self-heal.
Reiki is a gentle non-invasive holistic approach that works well with western medicine. Hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, senior centers and cancer treatment centers across the world are now offering Reiki as a service in conjunction with western medicine to treat patients as whole, mind, body and spirit.
What will my first session be like?
The first session will be a little longer for a new client so that we can discuss any goals you may have for the session.
We will begin with a short 5 minute mediation to help you relax and prepare for the session.
The client remains fully clothed at all times and can choose to receive treatment either lying down or seated in a chair. It is the client's choice.
The client will be asked if they prefer Reiki to be administered by a light "hands on" approach or a "hovering" of the hands a couple of inches above the body. Again, it is the client's choice.
Gentle background music will be playing and I request that cell phones be silenced or switched to vibrate.
As the session begins, the client may feel a warm soothing energy from my hands into their body. This will promote relaxation while releasing tension.
Many times clients fall asleep and experience deep relaxation, some may feel warm, cooling or tingling sensations in areas of their body. Some may leave the session feeling energized and invigorated.
Every individual has a unique experience and every session may have a different result.
After the session, we will discuss the client's experience and feedback and address any questions that may come up.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
As a Reiki Practitioner, treatments are giving solely for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation.
When you receive Reiki and come into a presence of calm and relaxation, this state of being may assist you in your own self-healing process.
I cannot make any claims to heal anyone of any condition, physical, emotional, nor mental.
I cannot diagnose, prescribe nor perform any medical treatments.

With my Hands-on Reiki therapy, clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. As a Reiki Practitioner, I’m trained in techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health. Reiki helps activate the natural healing processes in client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being.
As a dedicated Reiki Practitioner, I help my clients, raise their vibration, come into a state of mindfulness and presence, reduce their stress and anxiety and assist them in freeing themselves from
"dis-ease".

What is a Reiki Distance Session?
Distance Reiki works very much the same as an "in-person" session except that the client receiving Reiki is not in the same room. Reiki is directing energy and energy is not confined by time and space.
What makes the connection through distance?
It is in the Practitioner's focus and intent to channel the energy to the recipient and the recipient's willingness and intent to receive the Reiki energy that makes the connection.
Why choose Distant Reiki?
Some prefer to not travel and may want to be in the comfort of their own home.
Some may not be able to travel, they may be too far, or they may be confined to their home or a hospital.
Will I receive the same benefit as an "in-person" session?
Absolutely, Yes! As a matter of fact, I have clients that prefer it this way. They experience the same benefit of stress reduction, relaxation and calm without having to get up and leave to go into their car and drive home! Many love that they can slip into a nap or they enjoy having a session before bed time and many times experience a deep and sound sleep.
How will we communicate and what if I have questions after a session?
Prior to the session we will discuss a time to communicate and discuss the session either via telephone, video chat or messaging. You will be given opportunity to ask questions and we can discuss feedback on your experience.

Thank you for choosing me to guide you and your Animal Companion on the journey to heal on all levels - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Animal Reiki honors the Animal in all stages of life. It is by no means a cure but, it works in conjunction with Modern Medicine to help Animals heal through Meditation. It also works with the Human Family and helps them cope with the challenges that their Animal Companion is experiencing. In a distance Reiki session, a time will be scheduled when the Human Parent and the Practitioner are available to meditate along side with the Animal. We call this “Holding Space”. While you follow the visualization below, I will be doing the same from my location at the same time. I will text you when the session is about to begin and you will confirm that you are ready. In this session, you will also be a part of the healing energy so you may feel a lot of the reiki benefits for yourself as well!

Angela is a true miracle worker!!! I have been having lower back issues for a long time. When my back goes into spasm it usually takes me 2-3 weeks to get back to normal. After Angela did her Reiki magic, I was a 100% better the next day! I couldn’t believe it! I also felt a surge of energy in my entire body for the whole week after receiving a treatment!
